Before confirming your donation, please fill out the form on this page to confirm the text and emblem you would like displayed on the Nero-black, granite paver. It is vital that your chosen inscriptions do not surpass the maximum number of characters for each line.
Criteria for inscriptions: 3 lines of text, maximum. 17 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation. (IMPORTANT)
Granite paver dimensions: L300 x W150x D30mm
(Please remember all inscriptions should be made in good taste)
