We hope everyone who visits The Lord Leycester enjoys their experience. We are wheelchair and buggy friendly, we have a brand new accessibility lift, and we warmly welcome assistance dogs. For more information, please see the details below.
There is one Blue Badge parking space available on site, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Further accessible parking is available on the double yellow lines on Brooke Street with an official Blue Badge Permit.
We welcome assistance dogs and can provide water bowls for them. Please just ask!
Visitors who require a carer are entitled to a FREE ticket. Please ask at the ticket desk.
Baby changing facilities are in the accessible toilet located on the ground floor of the Great Hall next to the Café. We are a breast-feeding friendly venue, bottle-warming facilities are available in the Café. Highchairs are also available in the Café.
Our visitor reception, ticket desk area and shop is fitted with a hearing induction loop.
For visitors with hidden disabilities we recommend wearing a Sunflower lanyard. Wearing a lanyard is a discreet way to inform our staff that you may require a little more help or time.
Toilets are located in the Great Hall. The accessible toilet can be accessed through the courtyard. The nearest Changing Places toilets are located at Warwickshire County Council Shire Hall building which is 800 meters away.
