Hanging Bird Decoration Workshop

Mixed Media Hanging Bird Decoration Workshop

Join us for a relaxed, creative afternoon at the historic Lord Leycester and make your own mixed-media hanging bird decoration.

Starting with a bird template, you’ll build up layers using vintage book pages, recycled fabrics and handmade watercolour paints, before adding three-dimensional details and decorative trimmings. Experiment with different colours, textures and materials to create a decoration that’s entirely your own.

Perfect for beginners, this hands-on workshop includes all the materials you’ll need, and you’ll leave with a handmade bird decoration ready to display at home.

Your workshop ticket also includes admission to explore the Lord Leycester on the day.
